THe  Ronald McDonald House in Bangor is openning up its doors to families wanting to bring their children to Camp CaPella. The Ronald McDonald house will offer five night lodging options for families who wish to enroll their child at Camp CaPella for a week. The Camp currently offers a day camp experience. With this lodging option, familiies can spend the evenings at the Ronald McDonald House with their child and their child can  then attend the Camp during the day. The parents will have a needed break and still be close to Camp and their child. Dana Mosher, Camp CaPella Executive Director said that this option "now opens the door to Camp CaPella for Aroostook County and Washington County families as well as for out of state families. "This is a win/win package opportunity for everyone involved."  

Camp CaPella is in the process of negotiating special discounted rates with other area lodging establishments for even greater options for families with children with disabilities. Call for details.
