The Camp offers a relaxed setting that fosters social interaction among campers and assists them in learning to appreciate their abilities and to live with their disabilities. Camp CaPella will be a day camp for 2008. Future plans include the development of a residential program for children and adults with disabilities. The Ronald McDonald House in Bangor offers housing to families whose child is attanding Camp at little to no cost and the Lucerne Inn in Dedham is offering deeply discounted weekly rates for families as well.
